Accessibility
Accessibility statement
We build software that everyone can use, and we hold our own site to the same standard.
Our commitment
Workollab targets conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA for this website. This is a voluntary commitment we hold ourselves to; it is not a government certification, and we do not claim the site is fully or permanently conformant.
How we test
We review the site with a combination of automated tooling and manual checks, including keyboard-only navigation, screen-reader testing, color-contrast verification, text zoom and reflow, and reduced-motion behavior. Accessibility is checked alongside each significant release.
Known limitations
Some content depends on third-party components (for example, our scheduling and newsletter tools) whose accessibility we do not fully control. Where a barrier exists, we work to provide an equivalent path and to remediate it. If you hit something that does not work for you, please tell us.
Contact and feedback
If you experience any difficulty accessing part of this site, or need information in a different format, contact us and we will respond and provide the content another way:
Email: [email protected]
Phone or text: +1 832.406.0183
We aim to acknowledge accessibility requests within two business days.
Accessibility of contract deliverables
For clients in the public sector, we design and test the software, documents, and other information and communication technology (ICT) we deliver to the Section 508 requirements specified in each contract. We provide Accessibility Conformance Reports (ACRs) and supporting test evidence for those deliverables on request. Accessibility requirements are set by each solicitation and agency, and we scope our work to meet them.
